Why Criminals are Weak

Every once in a while there are psychotic urges so strong that we would wish to tie ourselves down till they subside. These episodes represent the rawest challenges to our self-control. Criminals (not "accidental" criminals) are those who actually lost control - or had no vision of why to control.
